SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Orders will be delivered using our standard delivery (Mondays to Fridays) but not on holidays. We will communicate with you via email if we are experiencing a high volume of order and if you should expect any delays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery will take 2 - 4 business days.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.
Damages
Grow in Grace LLP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim with the shipping company. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Follow the Return Process stated in the Return & Exchange Policy below.
International Shipping Policy
We do not offer international shipping at the moment for orders less than 50 copies. For bulk order/wholesales, visit the Corporate page for details.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@growingrace.life to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number providing the following information:

Reasons for refund/cancellation request.

Product name, date of purchase, the email address used for your purchase and order number.

If you want to return a damaged product - planner, attach clear photographs of the damaged parts. It is important so we can follow up with the Postal Service (and any other relevant supplies/service providers). Please note, a refund will not be given without the photographs of damaged parts.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to return your order.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Gifts
DISCLAIMER:
Products that are received by Grow in Grace LLP in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

Any product not purchased directly from the Grow in Grace LLP (any 3rd Party purchases cannot be returned to Grow in Grace LLP).

Any product that does not have its original packaging.
